Troubleshooting guide (no internet)

This picture gives you the basic home setup.  This will also give you names and images for common items referred to in the rest of this document.


1. Restart your wireless router, do not RESET the router. restarting a router involves unplugging the power supply for the wireless router, either at the wall or if you can not reach the power plug, the from the back of the router will also work.  Leave the power off for 1 min then plug back in. 



2. Check that the power supply for the outdoor equipment is powered on.   

If the LED light is on jump to step 3.

See pictures below, if the LED light is off, please check that electrical plug is firmly seated in the outlet.



3.  Try re-seating all  cables, both power and network cable.
